Shabu Shabu

Shabu Shabu (aka Japanese fondue) is a classic Japanese dish that's fun, tasty & great for sharing.  Each diner gets a pot of boiling broth, a selection of thinly sliced raw meats, seafood & vegetables, and a variety of Japanese sauces.  You cook the the meats & seafood by submerging them in the broth, and eat them with the sauces.  After the broth absorbed the meat & seafood flavors, you add the vegetables to create a tasty soup.
