We all know we need to eat more of this and less of that, but making it happen in real life is a different story. For lasting results you need to establish a healthy nutrition lifestyle, and there's no better way to do it than by consulting a cetified nutritionist who's expertise is understanding how YOU work, what kind of program you could stick to, and building a tailor made plan just for you.    

Today's full Eat Well package includes:

• Pre-program Nutritionist session: The nutritionist will measure your weight & BMI, interview you to understand your current eating habits, and establish realistic objectives based on your lifestyle & preferences 
• Personalized Nutrition Program: the nutritionist will prepare a personalized nutrition program for you, which can be a full menu or a collection of tips & principles - depends on what you prefer
• Post-program Nutritionst session: 1-2 weeks after your 1st consultation, you'll come in for a follow up consultation in which the nutritionist will check your results & fine tune your nutrition program. 
• Free Access to Holmes Place Geneva for 5 days of your choice. (The 5 days must be consecutive. Entrance incl all facilities, excl group classes. 
• Optional: FitMate Pro Metabolic Test (CHF 30 Addition)
  The basic nutrition plan the nutritionist builds for you will be based on your goals & lifestyle. If you want an even more tailored plan that's based on your personal metabolic calory burn rate, add CHF 30 for a scientific FitMate Pro metabolic speed test.
