The Teacher: Michelin Star Chef Dominique Roue
Chef Roue runs the cooking school Coulisse-Gourmandes in Divonne. He has 15+ years experience in Europe's top gourmet restaurants. The classes he runs are fun, small (4-10 people) & hands-on, perfect for total beginners or enthusiatic cooks. Classes are in French, but are easy to follow even if you don't speak the language. And at the end of the class you eat what you've just prepared (if you dare!)

Option 1: Asian Wok

Time: 18h on Saturdays
Price : CHF 105 instead of 179 for 2 people
You'll get: 3-hr class preparing 3 dishes (you take home your creation), followed by optional light dinner (at extra cost).
Also valid for the "Cours cocotte" class, where you'll make a traditional French dish called Oeufs Cocotte (eggs in pot).
Option 2: Moist-steam Cooking ("En Papillote")

Time: 19h on selected weekdays
Price: CHF 79 instead of 137 for 2 people
You'll get: 2-hr class preparing 2 dishes (you can take home your masterpiece) followed by optional light dinner (at extra cost).
Moist-steam cooking ("en papillote") is a technique often used in fancy restos & involves wrapping food in individual packets & cooking the food in its own steam. This method delivers intense flavors & elegant results.
Option 3: Gourmet Dessert

Time : 19h on selected weekdays
Price : CHF 84 instead of 147 for 2 people
You get: 2-hr class preparing a gourmet dessert (varies by date) that feeds 4 people (you can take home your creation), followed by a light meal.
