There are two menus to choose from: the traditional menu and a menu of the chef’s suggestions, which changes according to the seasons and the products. Some examples of their well know specialities include the Misto di Pasta (CHF 37), Milanese Scallop (CHF 48), Lemon Veal Picacta (CHF 46) and Lemon & Shrimp Risotto (CHF 35).

When the hunting season begins (end of Autumn) the regular menu is augmented by the ‘La Chasse’ wild game menu which includes creative wild game dishes accompanied by traditional garnishes. Sample La Chasse dishes include: Roe Medaillons veneur sauce (CHF 57), Deer stew "alla selvagina" (CHF 47), Duck terrine with fois gras & pistachios (CHF 36), Papardelles with pheasant & boletus mushrooms (CHF 34) and Deer Entrecôte with forêt noire sauce (CHF 47).
