There are two menus to choose from: the traditional menu (the one that hasn't changed since 1974) which includes classic favorites that keep clients coming back again and again, and a menu of the chef’s suggestions, which changes according to the seasons and the products. Some examples of their well know specialities include the Misto di Pasta (CHF 37), Milanese Scallop (CHF 48), Lemon Veal Picacta (CHF 46) and Lemon & Shrimp Risotto (CHF 35). All dishes are freshly prepared with the finest ingredients and you're definitely in for a serious gastronomic adventure when dining at the Cheval Blanc.
