What you'll learn in the class

During this 2h30 class, a top wine expert will walk you through an introduction to wine tasting and will show you that wine tasting doesn't have to be intimidating. Including:

Sampling of 7 wines from different regions
Learning basic terminology / concepts
Understanding how to taste
Learning how the winery, year, grapes & manufacturing methods affect the flavor.

This class is an introduction, designed to help you learn the basics so you know what you're drinking and are able to understand what you like and why.

The teacher: wine expert Filip Opdebeeck

Filip is the founder of Au Bonheur du Vin and is a respected wine expert & educator for years. Filip is trusted by some of Geneva's most exclusive wine collectors & restaurants, and his passion is sharing the knowledge and love for fine wine.

Wed & Fri at Le Reservoir Wine Bar; Reservation Mandatory

Classes take place on Wednesdays & Fridays at 18:30 at Le Reservoir Wine Bar (center town). Each class will have bet 8-15 participants, and you'll need to reserve your spot ahead of time by phone or email. If less than 8 people register, the class might be re-scheduled. Cancelations less than 48 hours ahead of time will count as voucher used.
