AntiGravity® Fitness fuses yoga, pilates, dance & gymnastics for a challenging & fun total-body workout. You'll be suspended in the air using a hammock that acts as a soft trapeze, supporting you as you move from pose to pose. AntiGravity® Fitness will strengthen your core, build lean muscle, increase flexibility & awaken your inner acrobat.
Choose from 3 Options
- 3 classes (1 hr each): CHF 74 instead of 150
