What is BuyClub.ch?
BuyClub.ch is a way to harness the power of the group to get discovery prices at Geneva's best places. Each day, BuyClub.ch features an amazing deal on a product or service in your city.

Is buying on BuyClub.ch safe?

Absolutely. When you purchase on BuyClub,ch, your credit card number is encrypted and transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers. We work with Datatrans - Switzerland's leading e-payments provider.

How do I buy an offer / voucher?

If you see an offer you like, just click the "Buy" button before the offer ends. We'll get authorization for your credit card, and if the offer tips we'll charge your card and you'll be able to print your voucher 24 hours after the offer ends.

Am I charged as soon as I buy a voucher?
You are only charged if the offer you bought tips.

What happens if an offer doesn't tip?
If an offer doesn't tip, the offer is canceled and no one is charged.

Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?
No. You just need to use it before the expiration date.

I bought a voucher - when will it be ready and how do I print it?
In nearly all cases, vouchers can be printed and used 24 hours after the offer purchase time ends. In some cases a further delay of 1-2 days happens.

We email all purchasers when the voucher is ready, but you can always check the status of your vouchers by logging in and going to 'My Vouchers.

Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?
Yes. Unless the Deal Fine Print specifically states otherwise, vouchers can be given as gifts. Each voucher contains the name of the buyer, but businesses that work with us know that we're cool with 'gifting' and will respect the voucher regardless of the name on it.

If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I get cash back, or use the remainder later?
Fraid not. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. If you think you won't be able to use the full value in one visit, bring some friends with you.

Can I return a voucher?
You can cancel your purchase before the deal reaches the minimum number of buyers, but once the minimum is reached and your card is charged, you can't return a voucher.
We really want people to enjoy BuyClub.ch, so if you bought a voucher and were not happy with the service or product, contact us and we'll do our best to make you happy.

What happens if my voucher expires?
Once a voucher reaches its expiration date, it is no longer valid and has no value. Voucher expiration dates are clearly stated on each deal, and on the voucher, so pay attention and use your vouchers before they expire.

What if the business I bought a voucher for closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we'll do everything in our power to make sure you get your money back. We can't guarantee this 100%, but we'll do our best.
